YEP- Jabbawocki (Part 3): Supporting friends and family on mental health awareness

“During Part 3 of the Jabbawocki workshop, YEP members showed how open we can be with each other even though it was the first time meeting new people. It created vulnerability which allowed each of us to create a deeper connection with the people around us. Not only were we able to learn about our other members we were also able to learn more about ourselves. We learned to be content with who we are and ultimately love ourselves for who we are. YEP has created a safe place for every single individual to be proud of who they are. I believe that YEP is not just workshops that people go to but also a family to come home to.”
